How EZ-Electro™ Works
EZ-Electro™ employs a dual-component solution that optimizes nucleic acid delivery beyond membrane permeabilization:
Tube A — Enhanced Nuclear Uptake A specially formulated solution promotes efficient nuclear uptake of nucleic acids following transient membrane disruption.
(Optional) Tube B — Stabilized Nucleic Acid in Cytoplasm A proprietary blend of factors reduces nucleic acid degradation in cell lines with strong DNA sensing/degradation pathways.
Together, these synergistic components improve gene transfer efficiency while supporting membrane recovery and cell viability, enabling robust and reproducible electroporation outcomes—even in primary and historically hard-to-transfect cells, outperforming conventional electroporation systems.
